Your Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, using your bilingual skills in English and Spanish to connect with customers and understand their needs.
- Growing your career by connecting your customer service and sales aptitude to become a Spanish-English Bilingual Remote Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent.
- Working remotely from the comfort of your own home, with a high-speed internet connection (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).
- Using your strong customer service orientation, empathy, and listening skills to resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services.
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Bring to the Role
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum six (6) months sales experience.
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
- Strong customer service orientation, empathy, and listening skills.
- High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).
- Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote.

- A base wage of $16/hr while studying for your state exam. Once you are licensed, you will receive an increase to your base pay and be eligible for performance-based bonuses.

You'll report to a Team Lead who will provide guidance, support, and coaching to help you succeed in your role.
