Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone and email support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values, and providing a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's specifications and standards
  • Interpret and explain detailed information about processes and procedures to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects, contributing to the growth and development of arenaflex
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments
  • Provide support beyond standard hours as needed, if call volume and/or workload require additional time

Essential Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct customer service or call center experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Experience with ERP systems, including SAP, GHX, EDI, Salesforce, Genesys, and/or Power BI

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
