Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering multiple items into our systems, working closely with project managers and division administrative managers to ensure all data is collected and entered correctly. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter multiple items into our systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. - Collaborate with project managers and division administrative managers to ensure all data is collected and entered correctly. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases. - Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with project managers and division administrative managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. - Participate in quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent required. - 1 to 3 years of clerical or administrative experience required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Advanced typing ability (at least 40 wpm). - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a data entry or administrative role in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of data entry software and systems. - Experience working with project managers and division administrative managers. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
