Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day Precision Data Entry & Management

  • Accurate Input: Enter, update, and maintain detailed information for YouTube videos, including titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, and copyright details.
  • Metadata Enrichment: Apply best‑practice guidelines to enrich metadata, enhancing discoverability and aligning with SEO trends.
  • Version Control: Track changes and maintain revision histories to ensure traceability and compliance with internal standards.

Content Organization & Categorization

  • Classify videos into appropriate categories, playlists, and series to streamline navigation for end‑users.
  • Apply consistent tagging conventions that reflect content themes, language, age‑appropriateness, and regional relevance.
  • Collaborate with the content strategy team to align metadata with broader marketing campaigns.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct regular audits of entered data, flagging inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing information.
