What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and support in both English and Spanish, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, driving sales growth and revenue
• Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• 6+ months of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer navigation skills, with experience using software applications and online tools
