About the Role: We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant who will be the digital voice behind the scenes, engaging with leads, supporting creator fans, closing sales through DMs, and keeping our systems clean and organized. Responsibilities: As a Virtual Assistant / Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: - Responding to followers' messages, DMs, and inquiries with emotional intelligence and a persuasive tone. - Following structured chat sales flows to upsell content and increase creator revenue. - Tracking and logging chats, performance metrics, and fan feedback to ensure seamless communication. - Coordinating with team leads and content creators on custom requests fulfillment. - Handling light admin tasks, such as Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, and other essential tools. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need: - 6+ months of experience in text/chat-based support or sales. - Excellent written English skills and a strong sense of copywriting instincts. - High-speed internet, a reliable laptop, and access to Slack/Google Workspace. - Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, with some weekend and evening shifts.
