Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Back Office/Data Entry professional to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, while also providing exceptional support to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Compare data with source documents to detect errors and discrepancies

  • Re-enter data in verification format to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Compile, sort, and verify data before entry to ensure quality and integrity
  • Maintain logbooks of activities and completed work to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output to ensure accuracy and quality

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Back Office/Data Entry role

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and data programs, including Excel, Word, and Access
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with the ability to proofread and edit documents with ease
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve errors and discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems, including data validation and quality control processes
