Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders and providers, addressing routine inquiries, and escalating complex issues to ensure seamless support. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service for routine inquiries and assist with complex cases as needed

  • Stay updated on company, industry changes, and relevant regulations to ensure compliance and effectiveness

Essential Qualifications

  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime
  • Proficient in computer systems and keyboarding, with a focus on detail orientation

  • Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and in a listed location
