The Mission
As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be a vital part of our Customer Service Division, working remotely to provide exceptional support to individuals who need it most. You'll be a healthcare hero, navigating the complexities of primary care, medications, appointments, and benefits with ease and empathy. With your knowledge, skills, and amazing social skills, you'll make a real difference in people's lives, every single day.
The Details
* Full-time position, Monday through Friday (because we all need a little weekend!)
- 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST
- 5-week intensive orientation (don't worry, we've got your back every step of the way!)
Your Secret Weapons
* A great ear for listening and a knack for finding solutions
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro
- Passion for helping others and brightening their day
Your Arsenal
* High school diploma (bonus points if you've got a degree!)
- At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating our web-based systems
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
The Cherry on Top
* Experience in healthcare/insurance
- Background in social work, behavioral health, or similar fields
- A customer service ninja with amazing problem-solving skills
