Job Summary
As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for efficiently entering, updating, and managing data related to various direct marketing campaigns. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work quickly, and a knack for multitasking. You'll be working with multiple reports, ensuring that data is accurately entered and organized to support marketing efforts and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Data Entry and Management: Enter, update, and manage data related to direct marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Scheduling and Organization: Schedule appointments and manage anniversary calendars, maintaining organized filing systems for digital documents.
- Communication and Teamwork: Provide timely communication with team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective teamwork.
- Order Preparation and Billing: Prepare and code orders for billing/invoicing using data processing reports, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing.
- Customer Support: Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
- Phone Etiquette and Management: Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette and resolving customer issues.
Qualifications
• Education: High School Diploma and above required; experience in data entry/CSR preferred, but fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of other MS Office programs a plus.

Compensation
