We're seeking an experienced entry-level remote customer support representative to join our team and support our growing client base. As a customer support representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, answering their questions, and helping them navigate our insurance benefits and policy options. Key Responsibilities

As a customer support representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound and making outbound calls, emails, and chats to provide exceptional service and support to our clients
  • Walking clients through insurance benefit options and providing policy support
  • Keeping digital records updated and compliant
  • Working alongside a supportive, 100% virtual team to achieve our goals and objectives

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • No experience needed – we train from scratch
  • Basic computer skills (Zoom, email, CRM tools)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivation, reliability, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to earn a Life & Health Insurance License (we'll help you get it)
