Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our summer team. As a Customer Success Representative, you'll play a critical role in nurturing our community of families by providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining positive relationships, and anticipating customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, anticipating their needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Conducting customer outreach and follow-ups to provide personalized support and ensure continued engagement
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and monitoring feedback to identify improvement areas
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and drive process improvements
  • Assisting with special projects to support the customer happiness team, such as research or system development projects

Working Hours and Compensation

* 30-40 hours per week, with weekend coverage availability strongly preferred

  • Immediate start until the end of August
  • $20 per hour
