Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, order tracking, and resolving order-related issues

Working Hours

Shift-based schedule, including:

  • 2pm - 11pm
  • 4pm - 1am
  • 6pm - 3am
  • 8pm - 5am

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Spanish and English

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
