Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Director, Customer Operations Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team, providing coaching, development, and guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences and operational efficiency
  • Developing and executing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, customer needs, and business objectives to inform data-driven decisions
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to drive business growth, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement process improvements
  • Overseeing the outsourcing contract strategy, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Driving workforce optimization, including new site launches, work movements, and closures, to ensure global diversification and efficiency
  • Leading the invoice team, ensuring timely processing, auditing, and identification of cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensuring VCG Security Compliance, coordinating mitigation and remediation of security findings, and managing global clearance procedures

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in customer operations, telecommunications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of people management and leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving cost savings
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
