Job Summary:

As a Scheduling Chat Professional, you will engage with customers, technicians, and internal representatives through chat and email, providing prompt and efficient solutions to their requests. Your excellent written communication skills, ability to multi-task, and strong interpersonal skills will enable you to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships. You will also stay up-to-date on all scheduling policies and document all interactions.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email in a professional and courteous manner

• Provide prompt responses to all inquiries and offer appropriate solutions via chat/email
• Document all interactions and stay up-to-date on all scheduling policies
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity

Required Skills, Experience & Education:

* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and work well in a team environment
• A growth-mindset and drive to improve, with a focus on delivering exceptional service

Available Shifts:

* Monday - Saturday, closed Sunday, with rotating weekends

• Varying shifts between 10:00 am-6:30 pm MT, 10:30 am-7:00 pm MT, 11:00 am-7:30 pm MT, 11:30 am-8:00 pm MT, and 12:00 pm-8:30 pm MT
