Key Responsibilities:

* Provide essential support for data entry, platform upkeep, and organization, collaborating with colleagues to maintain clean, organized, and current data.
* Utilize Salesforce applications effectively, with a preference for candidates familiar with Changescout or similar software.
* Collect and manage data proficiently, facilitating seamless project workflows and assisting in the entry of invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasts into project cost tracking systems.
* Support change management processes through the review, processing, and structuring of information, communicating clearly and effectively across teams and departments to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Required Skills:
* Relevant experience in data entry or data analysis, particularly with Salesforce platforms.
* Familiarity with change management practices and tools is advantageous.
