* Job Type: Full-Time (30-40 hours/week, Contractor)

Your Role
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences through prompt support and consultation to parent-clients
- Building scalable systems and processes to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Fostering positive relationships with parents and students, delivering timely and effective solutions to their concerns
- Serving as the primary contact for potential customers, addressing questions and providing support via WeChat, email, and phone calls
Work Hours
* 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time)
What We're Looking For
* Previous customer service or customer-facing experience (highly desired)
- Passion for learning and growth, with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Ability to work comfortably in a remote, fast-paced environment with timely responses
