Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and resolve customer issues
- Identifying sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade and cross-sell products and services
- Explaining and positioning products and processes to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Escalating customer dissatisfaction to managerial team as needed
- Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system and ability to learn new systems and technology
- Highly reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
