Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and resolve customer issues
  • Identifying sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade and cross-sell products and services
  • Explaining and positioning products and processes to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Escalating customer dissatisfaction to managerial team as needed
  • Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system and ability to learn new systems and technology
  • Highly reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
