• Michigan teacher certification with special education emphasis and SA endorsement (Cognitive Impairment).
• Understand/embrace/appreciate the needs for inclusion in general education.
• Ability to work with other professionals in a collaborative manner.
• Ability to relate positively to students, parents and other staff.
• Ability to expose students to a variety of functional academic and daily living skills.
