Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Issuing, reissuing, and refunding passenger tickets
  • Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
  • Rebooking passengers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
  • Performing passenger check-in and seat assignment
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Operating gate reader/scanner and related equipment
  • Making boarding and departure gate announcements
  • Delivering domestic and international flight files
  • Maintaining a timeline of the flight boarding process
  • Processing and completing credit card transactions
  • Assisting passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage processing
  • Responding to and assisting in safety and emergency situations
  • Providing high-quality customer service in a professional manner

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED or global equivalent
  • Bilingual language skills (required in some locations)
  • Applicable valid driver's license (as required by local authorities)
  • Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks (if applicable)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable)
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, full background check, and/or fingerprinting (to meet company and security requirements)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Working experience with Sabre or another Passenger Service System
  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
