Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Provide product information, demos, and training to customers as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, communications, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products or services
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with sales or upselling/cross-selling
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
