Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' experiences are exceptional. You'll be responsible for driving a positive customer experience and maintaining our company's strong brand reputation. This is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting luggage, mail, and freight to and from aircraft
- Protecting freight, luggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions
- Safely operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas
- Repeatedly lifting and loading luggage onto trucks to ensure each bag reaches its destination
- Working with luggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of luggage and freight
- Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- The ability to frequently lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds
- The ability to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays in all weather conditions
