Experienced Full Stack Customer Experience Supervisor – Lead Exceptional Service Delivery at arenaflex

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Experience Supervisor to lead our team of Customer Service Representatives in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Experience Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for guiding, training, and mentoring your team to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives to provide outstanding service to internal and external customers, manage team performance, provide feedback and coaching, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance individual and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives to provide outstanding service to internal and external customers

  • Manage team performance, provide feedback and coaching, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance individual and team productivity
  • Partner with other supervisors and team leads to meet departmental requirements, needs, and goals
  • Direct the success of the assigned team by managing people, equipment, and workload/capacity to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with Operations and Distribution to ensure the order-to-shipment process is efficient and supports the customer’s needs
  • Interview, hire, train, develop, and engage top talent while ensuring a pipeline of talent is established for future roles
  • Utilize arenaflex's technology platforms, including SAP, Salesforce, Genesys, MS Office Application, and Teams, to drive service delivery excellence

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2+ years of professional experience required
  • 2+ years of customer service-related experience required
  • 2+ years of leadership experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with SAP, Salesforce, MS Office applications

  • Medical Device or Healthcare experience
  • Call Center Experience

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Strong coaching and development skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,100 - $121,600 per year, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Requirements:

This is a remote role, with 10% travel required for quarterly meetings, in-person meetings, and team-building activities.
