Job Summary
The E-Commerce Customer Business Manager will oversee the development and execution of our US Chewy and California Pet Pharmacy eCommerce strategy, working closely with key accounts to drive sales growth and achieve category leadership. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sales and marketing plans, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with customers. This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary and immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
As an E-Commerce Customer Business Manager, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive sales growth and category leadership
- Manage and build relationships with key eCommerce accounts to deliver annual sales and profit targets
- Provide P&L oversight to maximize profitability and manage selling expenses
- Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans, budgets, and promotional plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of eCommerce sales and account management experience
- Commercial awareness, marketing, and sales background preferred
- Pet category experience a plus
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience working with Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in English, with a second language helpful
- Working knowledge of eCommerce contracts and web promotion strategies
