Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with account management, technical issues, and troubleshooting, utilizing your problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
- Process refunds, cancellations, and other requests as needed, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex products, services, and features to provide expert guidance and support to our subscribers.

Requirements:
