Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our banking software and apps to provide expert support to clients
  • Collaborate with software technicians, technical support, and developers to resolve complex technical issues
  • Analyze technical logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects
  • Communicate technical processes and solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and community of practice to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Engage with clients through live-chat support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to learn technical skills quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Familiarity with mobile phone platforms (iOS and Android) and banking software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
