As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, delivering top-notch service and resolving technical issues with ease. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:
* Handle customer technical inquiries and resolve issues via phone
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems
- Provide information about products and services
- Record customer interactions and actions taken
- Research answers and solutions as needed
- Refer customers to supervisors or managers when necessary
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic IT knowledge and strong keyboarding skills
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology
- Customer-facing experience (phone, chat, in-person, etc.)
