Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Address customer concerns and provide support via phone and computer systems

- Maintain and update customer information as necessary

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
* High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong computer navigational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptional listening and comprehension skills
- Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Reliable Internet/Broadband Internet Connection (DSL or Cable) with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
