About the Role
As a Remote Customer Experience Champion, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences through phone interactions, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints. You'll utilize your technical expertise to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring our customers feel empowered and supported. You'll work independently in a remote setting, while maintaining a high level of organization, motivation, and productivity. You'll also collaborate with our team to achieve shared goals, celebrate successes, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- A reliable internet connection, with upload speeds of 20 MBPS and download speeds of 100 MBPS
- A distraction-free workspace, with minimal background noise and interruptions
- Residency within 50 miles of our Louisville center, to ensure access to team interaction and on-site support
