Key Responsibilities

As an Escalations Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • De-escalating high-tension conversations with empathy and expertise, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Resolving advanced technical issues, providing clarity and assurance to our users
  • Analyzing resolved escalations to identify trends and develop proactive solutions to mitigate future escalations
  • Championing initiatives to improve our customer experience, driving quality and performance benchmarks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of navigating and resolving customer inquiries
  • Experience in handling escalations, showcasing ability to manage complex and sensitive issues with tact and efficiency
  • Strong background in managing high-volume support requests via email or text, ensuring timely and personalized assistance
  • Comfortable being the last line of defense in the customer support chain, adept at resolving challenging issues

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, psychology)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools

* Experience in the financial services industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
