Your Responsibilities:
• Directly engage with arenaflex's pharmacy customers, interacting with them via various communication channels and providing assistance on various topics. This role will primarily involve handling inbound calls and other forms of messaging.
- Dedicate time and resources to researching and identifying potential solutions for customer problems. Follow up diligently to ensure that customer needs are met satisfactorily.
- Leave our customers awestruck with exceptional service. We're not just looking for order-takers, but rather those who can build customer relationships, offer innovative solutions, and comply with strict safety and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Need:
• A record of serving customers for a period of one to two years
- Excellent communication skills
