Key Responsibilities:

As a Chat Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and communication, while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements:

Location:

We're a remote team, and we welcome applications from candidates based worldwide. However, we have a preference for candidates based in the United States.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience with live chat software and platforms.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
