Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Operator, you'll play a critical role in processing child support payments in the State Disbursement Unit (SDU) system. This is a remote opportunity, and we're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team with limited direction.

Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing child support payments in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures
• Possessing strong interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
• Collecting, researching, organizing, and analyzing data
• Working independently and as part of a team with limited direction
• Maintaining flexibility and ability to work overtime as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must reside in the state of Ohio
• Ability to pass a data entry assessment
