Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team! As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-tier support to customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support, troubleshooting technical issues, and reporting customer feedback to relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring prompt issue resolution and high satisfaction
  • Troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform
  • Reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and following up as needed
  • Identifying and documenting software bugs or issues for continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Customer Support Specialist who is:

  • Experienced in technical customer support or a similar role
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and logical in their problem-solving approach
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose technical issues
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Experienced with CRM and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk)
  • Familiarity with the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
