Training and Development:

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and understanding.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
