Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to educate union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. You'll provide personalized support, answer questions, and offer guidance on our range of benefits. While sales opportunities may arise, our focus is on providing value-added services, not cold calling. If you're self-motivated, customer-focused, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to union members, answering questions and offering guidance on our range of benefits

• Educate union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation
• Offer personalized support and solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Flexible hours to accommodate a remote work schedule

• Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
