Join our dynamic team as a Customer Experience Representative - Mom & Baby and enjoy the freedom and flexibility of a remote role! We're seeking a compassionate and customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service to new and expectant mothers, supporting their journey with breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation services.

The Opportunity

At arenaflex, we're dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales growth in the home health products and equipment industry. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order processing, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional service to new and expectant mothers. You'll work closely with our Mom and Baby team, consisting of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a supportive leadership team.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Overseeing orders nationwide for mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Interfacing with existing customers to determine product needs, present arenaflex's services, and promote sales growth.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues, providing prompt resolutions and follow-up.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including customer demographics, order entry, and data maintenance.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, including HIPAA confidentiality.

  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with exceptional presentation abilities.

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a dynamic team, with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Proven work history illustrating stability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Sensitivity to patient care issues and ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Microsoft Office computer skills.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience required.
