Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our patients, doctors, and insurance carriers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing solutions to challenging billing issues.
- Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Maintaining performance goals and striving for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
- Becoming proficient in our processes after completing a structured training program, showcasing your ability to learn and adapt.
Requirements and Skills
To be successful as a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following requirements and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications.
- Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency.
- Dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (50 Mbps or higher).
