Position Overview

As a Customer Experience Representative - Tolling Operations, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to commercial and public sector clients via inbound customer service interactions. You will troubleshoot basic technical issues, resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, and represent arenaflex and its clients with exceptional customer service skills. You will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner

  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
  • Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
  • Follow client program processes and perform tasks in a courteous and professional manner
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
  • Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems
  • Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment

  • Knowledge of the tolling industry and its operations
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
