Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and independent Chat Service Representative to join our collaborative team environment. As a Chat Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our e-commerce and client service, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and technical expertise. If you have a strong background in email, chat, and phone customer service, and are tech-savvy, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Service Representative, you will:

  • Respond to incoming customer live chats, addressing website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager as needed
  • Build relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs
  • Provide accurate, concise, and timely responses to customer inquiries, requests, and problems
  • Promote interest in client products and services, consistently achieving established standards
  • Portray a positive and professional image, providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • Assist with overflow work and other duties as required

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or email support role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Technical expertise in chat software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
