The Role
As a Bilingual Social Media Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries via social media, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services. You'll need to be proficient in both English and Spanish, with excellent written communication skills and a sales-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver world-class customer service through social media channels, providing solutions and identifying sales opportunities
- Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Multitask effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed solutions to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and sales targets

Requirements
* Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong bilingual communication skills
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally
- Customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales role
- Available for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Tuesday and Saturday
- Desire to work overnight shift from 9:00PM - 6:00AM CST, with a reliable internet connection and a private workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a social media customer service role
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
