Position:
Full-time Customer Service Agent
Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets, as well as booking and confirming flight reservations
- Rebooking travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
- Performing passenger check-in and front seat assignment, as well as resolving oversold seat assignments and issuing upgrades
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Bilingual language skills (desired)
- Valid driver's license (as required by local authorities)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and fingerprinting (as required)
