Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans to educate members on their coverage and options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the member experience
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong computer skills, including Windows-based applications
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and productivity
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
