Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls, and resolving issues related to billing, payments, and services
- Utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Meeting individual service and sales goals, while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred, with a minimum of 1 year in a call center or similar environment
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet individual service and sales goals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
