What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be the go-to person for customers who need help with their orders, have questions about our products, or need assistance with returns or exchanges. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, while providing a positive and personalized experience. Here are some of the key responsibilities of this role:

• Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs and concerns.
• Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner, using problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
• Operate with empathy and understanding, providing compassionate and personalized support to customers and team members alike.
• Use virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to engage with team members and managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and customer-centricity.
• Continuously learn and improve your skills, using feedback and training to become a subject matter expert in customer service.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to customers.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, using computer software and data entry skills to assist customers efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information.
• High school graduate or equivalent experience, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

• A quiet and distraction-free workspace, with a reliable wired internet connection (at least 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed).
• A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam, which will be provided by arenaflex.
• A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify.
• Ability to use virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack.
