Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a range of Google-based tools and applications, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting and managing data using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other Google tools
  • Organizing and maintaining spreadsheets with accurate data
  • Ensuring data accuracy by reviewing and cross-referencing information
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks as needed, such as data cleansing and file organization
  • Meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
  • No prior experience necessary (training will be provided)

Preferred Skills

While not required, previous data entry or administrative experience, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, are highly desirable.
