The Role

As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to understand their needs, suggest the right arenaflex products, and provide high levels of product and service knowledge. You'll also have the opportunity to develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling complaints, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound calls from entrepreneurs and leaders, understanding their needs and suggesting the right arenaflex products

• Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate proper product features, benefits, and components of arenaflex Small Business Services
• Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
• Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
• Report important account information according to established policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

* Customer care experience (2+ years) with a proven track record of building customer loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication

• Proven results in a customer care and sales environment (2+ years+)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the ability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
