Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized support to card members via chat, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your expertise to offer travel, card, and lifestyle services, tailored to meet the unique needs of our card members
  • Building strong relationships with card members, fostering loyalty and driving engagement with our brand
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and deliver seamless experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company initiatives to provide informed and relevant support

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with card members and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms, including chat tools and customer relationship management software
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
