You'll work closely with our utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs, leveraging your expertise in data entry, customer service, and data analytics. Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs, ensuring seamless communication and data capture.
- Grow information of voice of the customer methods and leverage the same to define and transform data within the arenaflex Large Data Platform, driving business insights and informed decision-making.
- Design and build robust data model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing.
- Deliver innovative solutions using big data and batch/real-time analytical answers, driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.
- Offer guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem, ensuring best practices and streamlined processes.
- Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best practices and efficiency, reducing errors and increasing productivity.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and data insights.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems, with a strong understanding of data analytics and customer service tools.

- Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, and development launch management, with a strong understanding of data modeling and analytics.
