Responsibilities
- Install shower and bath systems according to manufacturer standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Provide friendly and respectful customer service in homeowners’ homes
- Communicate any job-related needs, issues, or updates to the AWS team
Qualifications
- Experience installing shower and bath systems
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Mid-size or larger work van, box truck, or truck-and-trailer combination
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Valid CT Home Improvement Contractor License
- Proper liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage
